These GENERAL CONDITIONS govern the relationship between STAR TRADE LIMITED EOOD, hereinafter referred to as ” STAR TRADE “, on the one hand, and the users of websites and services located on the domain http://startrade-bulgaria.com (hereinafter referred to as “Users“) on the other.

Users within the meaning of these terms and conditions are only registered users of the site http://startrade-bulgaria.com .

Registered users of the site http://startrade-bulgaria.com  are not users within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act.

Registered users of the site http://startrade-bulgaria.com are individuals who conduct commercial operations or other commercial activity.

Registered users of the site http://startrade-bulgaria.com have signed a contract with STAR TRADE concluded before their registration on the site.

This document contains information about the activities of STAR TRADE and the general terms and conditions for the use of the services provided by STAR TRADE by settling the relations between us and each of our users.

By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, the User agrees to have his / her personal data processed on the basis of the contract concluded between him and STAR TRADE . Such data are name, surname, gender, address, telephone, email.

Art. 1 . STAR TRADE is a platform available at http://startrade-bulgaria.com, through which users have the opportunity to get acquainted with the services offered by STAR TRADE .
(2) On the site http://startrade-bulgaria.com is not possible to conclude contracts between users and “STAR TRADE”. The site is purely informative.
(3) “STAR TRADE” registers on the site with user name persons with whom the contract has been concluded in advance.
(4) On the Site, the User may receive information on the performance of the Contract and make payments under the Contract .

PAYMENTS

Art. 2 . (1) The User may execute his / her pecuniary obligations under the Contract concluded with STAR TRADE by using one of the options listed on the website of his / her choice. At http://startrade-bulgaria.com it is possible to pay by bank transfer, via credit or debit card and PayPal.

Art. 3 . If the User can choose a payment method that includes a third party payment service provider . The user may be bound by the terms and conditions and / or fees of such third party.

Art. 4 . “STAR TRADE” is not responsible if a payment method involving a third party – a payment service is not available or otherwise not functioning due to reasons that can not be attributed to the “STAR TRADE”.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Art. 5 . (1) The intellectual property rights of all materials and resources on the STAR TRADE website (including the available databases) are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act, belong to STAR TRADE or to the designated person who has granted the right to use STAR TRADE and can not be used in violation of applicable law.

(2) When copying or reproducing information beyond the admissible and any other violation of intellectual property rights on the resources of STAR TRADE , STAR TRADE shall have the right to claim compensation for the direct and indirect damages suffered in full size.

(3) Unless expressly agreed, the User may not reproduce, alter, delete, publish, distribute and otherwise disclose the information resources posted on the STAR TRADE website.

SAFEGUARD CLAUSE

Art. 6 . The parties declare that if any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions prove to be invalid, this will not invalidate the entire contract or any of its parts. The invalid clause will be replaced by the mandatory rules of the law or established practice.

AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS

Art. 7 . (1) ” STAR TRADE ” undertakes to notify Users of any amendment to these General Terms and Conditions within 7 days of the occurrence of this circumstance at the specified by the User email address.

(2) When disagreeing with the amendments to the General Conditions, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without indemnity or penalty. In order to exercise this right, the Consumer should notify STAR TRADE within one month of receipt of the notice under the preceding paragraph.

(3) In the event that the User does not exercise his right to withdraw from the contract under the terms and conditions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions, the amendment is deemed to have been accepted by the User without objection.

APPLICABLE LAW

Art.8.  All provisions not covered by these General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.

REGISTRATION AND IDENTIFICATION

“STAR TRADE” identified users of the site by storing log files on the server http://startrade-bulgaria.com and the IP address of the user.
“STAR TRADE” may collect and use information about users on the basis and for the implementation of previously signed with the User Agreement. The information by which the person can be identified may include name, surname, date of birth, gender, address, telephone, and any other information that the person provides voluntarily upon registration. The information includes any other information that the User enters, uses or renders upon use of the Services provided by STAR TRADE .

“STAR TRADE” due diligence and is responsible for protecting user information which has become known in connection with the registration, except in cases of force majeure, accident or malicious acts of third parties.
“STAR TRADE” may disclose personal information to third parties only in cases provided by law and under the law or circumstances after the explicit consent of users.

User registration is made by STAR TRADE on the basis of a pre-contract.
The user can sign in by entering his or her username, password, and clicking the “Login” button.
By pressing the virtual button ” Login “, having the force of a written confirmation of the General Terms and Conditions, the User makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, stating that he is familiar with the General Terms, accepts them and undertakes to respects them. “STAR TRADE” can be stored in log files on its server IP address of the user and any other information necessary to identify him and playing electronic statement for acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in the event of a legal dispute. The text of the Terms and Conditions is available on the STAR TRADE website in a way that allows it to be stored and reproduced.
The user is obliged to provide full and accurate data to STAR TRADE on the identity (for individuals), the legal status (for legal entities) and other data, as well as to update them within 7 (seven) days of their change . In the event of false data being provided, ” STAR TRADE ” shall have the right to terminate or suspend without delay the provision of the services as well as the maintenance of the User’s registration.

The user is required to take all care and to take the necessary measures that are reasonably practicable in order to protect his / her password and not to disclose his / her password to third parties and to immediately notify STAR TRADE in case of unauthorized access , as well as in probability and suspicion of such. He / she bears the responsibility and risk of protecting his / her password, as well as all actions performed by him / her or by a third person using his / her password.
